Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of the placing day of placing order. While this is not guaranteed, in rare cases an order might ship beyond 5 days from the placing order. In case of any unseen delay, we will always notify you in advance.


While most of the orders will delivered on time, please note that there might be unexpected delivery delay caused by weather conditions or courier company ..etc. In such rare cases, we will call you and inform you about your order status.


We will email/whatsapp you the tracking details once the order is shipped.So you can track the product directly.


An estimated delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days (since the product is shipped) depending upon the shipping address. However, we are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by courier company or weather conditions that are not in our control.


After you receive tracking details, If you notice any delay in delivery even after 15 working days, kindly send an email to info@unhaar.com or whatsapp ‪+91 78892 87636‬ with your order number. Undelivered products that are not reported with in 15 working days since the date of product shipment will not be considered for refund later.
International Shopping based on the product weight and country code shipping charges will differ.

If you receive a damaged product(OPENING VIDEO IS MUST), we will provide complete exchange of your product or provide complete refund if product is not available.


However, we do not offer exchange/refund for non-defective products or for other reasons.


Report us within 24 hours of product delivery through email or whatsapp with the complete unpacking video is must for damaged or wrong product delivered.


Upon authorization of returns from us, we will offer you an exchange or refund based on your preference.

For refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 days.

We will NOT accept return/exchange for below reasons.


  • There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the monitor settings of each device.
  • If the jewellery’s physical look & feel doesn’t suit your liking.
    If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big.
  • If the size of the jewel is not what you expected.
    If the product is shopped on sale price.
  • Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
  • Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
